The second quarter of 2010, Aleesha is now a top female bodybuilder. In 1984, Aleesha was born into an athletic family. Although her father was a bodybuilder, Aleesha's siblings were involved in sports such as playing ice hockey. Aleesha played other sports such as basketball, softball and soccer. She began bodybuilding when she turned 15 years old. Aleesha's pro card was earned when she was the winner of the NPC USA Championships. She started competing in 2008. She also took part in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she was ranked ninth. Aleesha was able to hold onto her 9th-place finish for 2015. Aleesha was a participant in her first IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2015 & 2016. Aleesha has steadily progressed and in 2019 she took the first professional title: the Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS result was achieved in the year 2020. Her finish was in fourth place. However, the "World's toughest mom" had to stop her training due to health issues.
